Samson's BenchLeg Beard Oil for All-Day Moisturizing and Softening
Description
What it is. Beard oil is for the skin underneath your beard. This is the same light oil as our Original Beard Oil, in the BenchLeg scent. It lubricates your beard the way the oil from your face would. When you grow out a beard, your face doesn't produce that as quickly. Samson's BenchLeg Beard Oil is made by hand in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Who it's for. If you're growing out a beard and you're in the itchy phase, I would suggest a beard oil. If you want it to smell like fall and a fire instead of bright and clean, I would suggest the BenchLeg. It's for the guy who already knows he likes the darker scents, and the guy who runs the BenchLeg Clay and wants his beard to match.
How to use it. Take a couple drops and emulsify them in your hands. Then go underneath your beard and try to get it onto the skin.
How it feels. Light. We went really light with our oils, so it doesn't feel like you're wearing anything. Just the scent.
What makes it different. The scent. The BenchLeg is warm and dark: bourbon and patchouli, like time spent around a fire as summer fades and the leaves change. It's named for the legendary haint from Adam's family farm in the deep dark hills of Eastern Kentucky, the beast that's terrorized those hills since the days of peddlers and highwaymen. It comes back every fall as a limited release.
Why guys hesitate. Is it different from the Original? Only in the scent. Same light oils, so if you like how the Original feels, this feels the same. The Original is bright and clean. The BenchLeg is the darker one. And it's a limited release. When this run sells out, it's gone until the BenchLeg comes back.
