Who it's for. If your hair is fine and it goes flat by the afternoon, I would suggest the Volumizing Matte Powder. It's also for the younger guy who wants something quick, a broccoli top type hairstyle, and doesn't want to feel product in his hair all day. You're just like the guy Adam has in mind, a good friend of his. His hair would sit flat on his head, almost like the bill of a hat. Once he started using the powder, his hair looked so much fuller, and he could always restyle it. He was a lot more confident, because he felt like it was a better look.

How to use it. Start with dry hair. Flip the bottle upside down, aim at the roots, and squeeze. Two puffs, maybe three. Then tousle your hair to spread it evenly. See how it looks, and if you're not satisfied, add a little more on top. But go light. The powder goes on last, on top of your styling product, once your hair is dry. It layers well with other products. Adam's word for it is great to cocktail.

How it feels. Your hair will feel a little bit drier, but it will feel like you have nothing in it. The clays in it soak up the oils, so it takes the shine away and adds structure.

What makes it different. Anything wet makes hair clump, so this powder is super dry. It has the same micro silicas they use in concrete, which build it up for volume. And we didn't put any water in ours, so there's no wasted weight.

Why guys hesitate. The bottle feels light. That's the point. No water, so no wasted weight, and the micro silicas are light on their own. Some guys wonder if a powder can be strong enough. It's structure and lift, not hold, so if you need hold too, pair it with the styling product you already use. And if you can clearly see white powder sitting on your hair, you used too much.
