I have tried a myriad of pomades that claim they have a "strong" hold. Whether they were WB, Oil, or UWB they all fell flat. None of them lasted more than 4 hours. Samson's Pomade is amazing, it lasted easily through a 8 hour day in humid weather. I have straight Asian hair that's unruly and difficult to control. This product definitely helps with control. As mentioned in other reviews, I received a hand-written letter expressing gratitude, sticks, and "Rad-Dude" trading cards. The trading cards are random, but definitely unique. It's only been a few days of use, however this is by far the best product I have used. I bought the pomade and the shampoo/conditioner and all have been great for my hair.
